Breakfast is served daily in the courtyard beneath the orange tree — a spread of Moroccan breads, local honey, amlou, fresh juices, and mint tea that arrives without being asked. Dinner is an event: slow-cooked tagines, bastilla, and couscous prepared by our kitchen team using market-fresh ingredients from the Mellah.

On clear evenings, tables move to the rooftop terrace where the Medina stretches out below and the call to prayer echoes across the rooftops. Dinner reservations are recommended and open to non-residents.
