Deluxe
Room
Warm, bold, or serene — take your pick. Three rooms, three moods, one riad.
On the Deluxe Room — Nour, Izem & Bahja
Ochre, burgundy, sage — a room that knows where it is
A king bed at the centre, a seating area for morning coffee, a Moroccan rug underfoot. Nour runs warm — golden ochre, a bold contemporary painting. Izem is darker — burgundy diamond patterns, graphic textiles. Bahja is quieter still — sage green, a velvet headboard, two crane paintings on dark grounds.
— ground floor, off the courtyard
Travertine, brass, soft gold light
A bathroom finished entirely in traditional tadelakt plaster — the kind only Moroccan craftsmen who have done it for generations can do. Travertine sink, rain shower, brass fixtures, and the particular gold the walls hold at the end of the day.
Pick the one that suits your mood
Nour — warm ochre, a colourful women painting, the carved cedar barn door sliding open to the bathroom. The brightest of the three. Izem — deep burgundy, graphic patterns, brass pendants, a red chair by the window. Darker, more contemplative. Bahja — sage green, crane paintings on dark grounds, a green velvet headboard, brass pendants that throw patterns on the ceiling. The most serene.

The largest of the standard rooms
Nour, Izem and Bahja are our most generous standard category — 22 square metres each, with room to breathe. The travertine bathrooms were laid slab by slab; the tadelakt plaster applied by hand. Everything in these rooms was chosen the same way — slowly, by people who take their time over what they make.
